Been carrying my mother’s watch with me from move to move for last 10 years  9ish years. Thinking I’ll get around to fixing it. I finally did! To my chagrin the watch was never broken, its a wind up watch. One, the clockfixer said, would last me a long long time if I took care of it. I wear it wondering if my mother ever thought her youngest daughter would be wearing it and her grandson marveled at how shiny it is.
